Movement is another essential component of life.  According to the World Health Organization (2011 Guidelines), the recommended Physical Activity fo health (age 18-64) is 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous  aerobic activity or a combination of both.  At FitTastic Health, we work hard to create workouts and exercise calendars to help you reach this target plus more!  See a few of our videos in the below section.  Check out our PROGRAMS and subscribe to our Workouts On Demand to get more workouts and  superior coaching!  


Workouts On Demand-  You can register for either Monthly, 6 Months, or 1 Year subscription.  Some highlights of what you'll get include, but not limited to:

  • 5 Scheduled Workouts- The workouts will be a mix of basic exercises and compound movements that use every muscle in your body. Most of the exercises will often require only body weight to complete. They’ll also incorporate a variety of training forms (flexibility, cardiorespiratory, core, balance, plyometric, speed, agility, quickness, and resistance) that help to achieve optimum fitness.  All you'll need to do is login to your private portal and Press Play!  The workouts will be on your calendar waiting for you!
  • Segmented Workouts-  The workouts  range from 5 minutes to 40 minutes (depending on how much time you have available).  
  • New Workouts Every 2 Weeks  to keep your body and mind challenged. 
  • Coach Reviews- Your coach will check your status frequently to ensure you're showing up and provide feedback accordingly!  
  • Exercise Tracking- For accountability purposes, you can do CHECK-INs for each workout you complete.  It allows you to keep score of your progress and it allows your coach to know you're GETTING IT DONE!
